I wanted to take a few moments to let you know how very pleased we were with Pear Tree Catering's service and food at our son's Bar Mitzvah last Saturday night. I continue to receive compliments from friends and relatives who attended. The food was absolutely delicious (especially the tenderloin!), beautifully displayed and served. What impressed me that evening, was the staff - they were sweet, lovely to work with and have at our event. Even the staff at my synagogue commented to me about them the next day. But the true hero for me was Leslie. From my first inquiry phone call, throughout the entire planning process and at the event itself, I felt guided and cared for so I could safely rest easy and enjoy this major event in our lives. I have heard from so many of my friends going through the process of planning a Bar Mitzvah, that they felt alone and unsure of their decisions. Leslie listened to me and based on the kind of party I wanted and the attendees, she helped me put together a menu I was proud of and excited to have served. Being in a service industry myself, I know how important it is to listen to your clients. As basic as that sounds, not everyone does it. Leslie does it very well. I wanted you to know what a gem you have representing your company.

So, I give you my thanks on many levels. I will happily and eagerly recommend Pear Tree to everyone! In fact, it won't be long before we start planning my youngest son's Mitzvah (June 2012) and will be calling you back for that.

I cannot begin to tell you how fabulous the entire evening was. The food was superb, many, many compliments. The service was simply outstanding. Jonathon and his staff were great.
I have never been so relaxed at my own party! I have received so many e-mails and calls about the party, and I can't thank you enough. Your keen observation of the wine and liquor inventory did forshadow a great evening - the last guests didn't leave until almost 3 a.m. Thank you again for everything.
